DMCA Policy – IPTV Portugues
IPTV Portugues respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, we have established this policy to address claims of copyright infringement related to content hosted or linked through our website https://iptvportugues.com.
If you believe that any material made available on or through this website infringes upon your copyright, please follow the process outlined below to submit a valid DMCA takedown notice.
Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a claim of copyright infringement, you must send a written notification that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with enough information for us to locate the material.
- Contact information of the complaining party, including a valid email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
DMCA notices should be sent to our designated contact:
Email: support@iptvportugues.com
Subject Line: DMCA Notice – [Your Company or Work Name]
We will review all notices promptly and take appropriate action as required under the DMCA, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed (or disabled) following a DMCA notice was wrongly taken down, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
We may reinstate the removed content within 10 to 14 business days of receiving a valid counter-notification unless we receive notice that the original complaining party has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, IPTV Portugues may, at its sole discretion, terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
